Set the bar
I believe in setting the bar high for myself and my family. I will continue to tell my kids that they can do and be anything they want if they work hard enough. I definitely wouldn't have three degrees from three top 25 universities if my parents didn't instill this in me (diplomas and debt to prove it!!). Sure, they will struggle and possibly fail at times. But I believe in making goals, having dreams, and will always be their biggest cheerleader. Even when they want to be a baseball golf player doctor :)
