December 26-29, 2014: Christmas Part 2!

We had a quick, but wonderful trip to Houston right after Christmas.  We spent a day with Steph, Pat, Carson and Mayce which included a great game of Headbandz...

We came home because Nick and I both had to work the week after Christmas.  But in between work, we also did a lot of cooking with my little chefs.  The kids loved helping me make pizzas, soups, casseroles and of course cupcakes...

And even homemade biscuits...

 We had some friends over for NYE, kids upstairs with a movie and adults downstairs playing Cards Against Humanity.  A fun night, but it was pretty low key.  Overall, the holidays were great and relaxing.  Yes, they got a lot of use out of their Christmas jammies this year :)

Just a reminder to myself...every year I debate doing a Christmas card, the whole taking picture, printing cards, stuffing/addressing/mailing.  And at the end of it all, this is what we get in return!  A reminder of the wonderful family and friends we have in our lives all year round :)

December 24-25, 2014: Christmas!

We had a great Christmas filled with fun, family...and food!  Now our holidays have a baby table, kids table, and adult table...
