November 28, 2014: November events!

 Liam participated in the Boosterthon at school running 30 laps and raising over $100 dollars for his school!

 I got to help mark laps for the kids (with Nora on my back) and Bryn and Mallie came to cheer him on!

 Liam started Destination Imagination this month and has enjoyed meeting weekly with his group to create a mish-mash animal and presentation.  Our group is made up of friends from school and in our neighborhood including Liam's best friend Justin.

 Bryn continued gymnastics...

 We celebrated Jackson's gymnastics birthday...

 We celebrated Justin's birthday at Chuck E Cheese...

We celebrated Mallie's birthday with dinner and cupcakes...

 I was so honored to be Fox's godmother and celebrate his baptism!

 Bryn ended a great soccer season at Blue Sky with Nick as her coach...

 Liam also had a great end to the season with the Wolves...

Both kids also started their indoor season with new teams and were excited to find out they were the same numbers...

November 27, 2014: Thanksgiving!

Before Thanksgiving break, the kindergarteners put on a performance of their holiday songs, which was so cute!

 We started off Thanksgiving with our Macy's day parade tradition...

 It was a Renfro/Barker/Lingerfelt shared holiday this year!

 Too much food as always, but everything was delicious!

 The kids made place settings and hats for the day...

 So thankful this year for family, health, happiness, being together...and the wishbone :)

November 7-9, 2014: Adventure Guides Campout!

Nick and Liam went on a weekend campout in Possum Kingdom with their Adventure Guide tribe, the Beastie Bears (mostly friends from Liam's soccer team the Wolves).  Nick's name was "Curious Buffalo" and Liam was "Leaping Cheetah" (aka Leaping Cheetoh or Sugar Rush after the weekend). They had a great time with lots of hiking, cooking around the campfire, archery, shooting range (not mommy's favorite), horse back riding, and minimal sleep :)
