January 22, 2012: Inside and Out

We've been playing a lot inside...with 'labtops' and 'ipads'...

 snacking (always!)

 games...

 and cards...

 We've also been out enjoying the gorgeous weather...

This month was also my (30-something!) birthday...Nick and I got a night out for dinner and a movie...

and had a yummy home-cooked meatloaf the next night with the whole family.  I got some wonderful gifts, but right now I am so excited about my new lens and camera class that I will start soon!!  I've got the perfect subjects...

My pictures now are mostly trial and error and the good ones are usually dumb luck :)  Can't wait to actually know what I'm doing so I can continue to capture these moments that seem to be going way too fast...
