The school year is almost.over. #cantcomequickenough.
Well, I guess there is still some school fun to be had...like Liam's class trip to the arboretum...
So enthusiastic about the arboretum, he came home to work in his own garden :)
We celebrated Mother's day with muffins with mom at the preschool on Friday...and since his mommy was working, I took Fox along with us :)
Saturday we celebrated with Grandma. We went to a cute little Italian cafe for dinner and a park afterwards...

Then came back to our house to celebrate Mallie...

Mallie scored big with 5 new versions of Ticket to Ride, our favorite family game!
Of course we couldn't forget one of the most special days is May...Bryn's half birthday! She is the originator of the 'half-birthdays' in our family and never lets us forget. Instead of cake, she wanted cinnamon rolls this year :)

I hope this always continues, but at 5.5, Bryn is my right-hand around here. She's an awesome 2nd mommy to Nora. Which she (mostly) loves...
She is an awesome god-cousin to Pepper. After begging to stay over at the Lingerfelts one night. Amelia got to experience the older sister...and has had her over again to baby-sit and play! Bryn loves these sleepovers and feels very special with the one-on-one time.
I also got a rare night with just Bryn and took her for a little treat, her choice..
This smarty-pants taught herself Sudoku and loves it!
She is doing so well in school and was chosen to be a lead singer in her school's end of the year performance. She sang 50 Nifty United States...
Then her class danced to the gummy bear song...haha, oh well it was cute and silly!
and permanently stuck in Nick's head :)
She is still my funny eater...no dairy, no chocolate, no red meat...loves soup (split pea, tomato, lentil, vegetable), fruit, chicken fried rice, and popcorn!
I haven't taken many game photos recently because she's playing indoors (which means I would have to shoot through glass=blurry), but she is still a soccer SUPER star! She is so tough on her boys team and is proving herself to be a great forward.
Nick is especially proud, and since he's still playing soccer, the kids get to cheer him on too!
With the nice weather, we are getting outside more. Bike riding, scooters, walking to the park, and our new favorite...playing four square with neighborhood friends!
