May 2, 2009: Baby Barker meets Baby Smith!

Liam and I went to Dallas over the weekend to visit Rachy and meet baby Presley! She is too cute for words and Rachy is doing wonderfully. Liam had fun visiting everyone including his Mallie, Dallie, Rachy, Cameron, Presley, Lynn, Wayne, and Kiki! He was shy at first but warmed up quickly...soon everyone was feeding him and reading him his stories. He was cute showing off his semi-walking abilities and playing with the cats Phil and Marge. Here are some of the highlights....

Alot has been changing these past few weeks...since we have a new car and Liam's getting bigger, we moved him up to his next car seat and stroller. He looks so little in these new big seats!

Liam was also very helpful as he came to school with me and let my professor do an assessment on him in front of all the new nursing students. I didn't know how he would act, but he LOVED the attention of 25 girls starting at him...when they started clapping he gave the biggest, gummy smiles!

Even though Liam is cutting his first tooth (yay!) he's still been all smiles around here! We can't wait for that tooth to come up so we can take a pic of it! Here's more cute pics of the week...
