The kids are so helpful at this age. As part of their new 'big kid' chores, they now water my flowers every day...
and dustbust under the table every night...
Along with dressing themselves (even Bryn), making their bed (Liam), buckling themselves in their cars eats (Liam does Bryn and himself)...all in preparation of hopefully making life a little easier (for me!) when Trey arrives. Liam marks all his chores on his chart and gets his 4 coin allowance. Bryn gets 2 coins, but is apt to lose them for unkind words/yelling at Liam, which is probably the only terrible 2s behavior we occasionally see from her. Both kids have really stepped up and we are so proud!
They are also both big helpers in the kitchen. I had a 'nesting' moment where we made multiple casseroles and homemade granola bars one day...

We also helped out at the kids school. Both kids worked with their classmates and teachers to help plant flowers at the school. Here is Bryn and her class...

The kids have been so great that I'm starting to be less nervous about being outnumbered around here :)
