Nora had her 12 month check up and she's doing great!! She is 19.5 lbs (21%) and 28.5 in (24%), head circumference 17.75 in (46%). She might be small, but those rolls are deceiving :) She barely cried for her shots, and I think Liam and Bryn were more upset than Nora was...
She seems like such a big girl now compared to baby Fox!
She was very excited to move into her big girl carseat at one year! (still rear facing of course)
She says "mama", "dada", "dah" (dog), "buh" (banana), and "uh uh" (uh oh). She waves hi/bye, blows kisses, and signs "more" and "all done". She's right on track developmentally, pulling to stand, crawling, cruising and standing alone for a few seconds...
We have again decided to be a finicky eater. She eats a good variety of food, but very, very small amounts. She goes through phases where she eats only a few bites all day. Thank goodness we're still nursing :). He favorites most days are yogurt, bananas, turkey, cheese, and strawberries. No matter what she does(n't) eat, she's getting so strong!
Other than her siblings, here are some of the things Nora loves:

Glasses (she will pull them off your face!)...
Measuring spoons...This is a silly picture of her with Liam's (clean!) undies on her head one night during bath time. But yes that's a tablespoon in her hand, she loves them for teething! She has different sizes of teaspoons/tablespoons on her highchair tray, in her carseat, and I even carry measuring spoons in my diaper bag :)
Sleeping...When we see the hands behind the head, we know it's time to get her ready for bed! She takes a great nap during the morning and what I call her 'disco nap' from 4-5pm at night. She does sleep through the night (7ish-6ish) unless her teeth wake her up...and she's currently cutting her 5th tooth.
Playing outside...
Nora does not love...being told not to do something. She will scowl and purse her lips when she disagrees with us. It's hard to not laugh at her because it's so cute :)
